Selfishness is one of the greatest enemies of relationships. Likewise, submission to others is a great indication of being filled with God's Spirit. Our natural tendency toward selfishness has us constantly putting our own needs and wants ahead of anyone else's.

Mutual submission--putting another's needs ahead of our own--is the lubricant that makes the engine of marriage work. Where do we find the energy and desire to submit to another person? Come this Sunday as we explore this foundational principle of relationships.
